DEFENSE
Defense relies on systems that can respond with speed, precision, and durability anywhere and anytime. Specialized and qualified metal specifications are used in jet engines, missile systems, firearms, military vehicles, military ship systems, military aviation vehicles, and structural applications. Materials with ultra-high strength, fracture toughness, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, resistance to crack propagation, clean microstructure, low magnetic permeability, high corrosion resistance, and temperature resistance are preferred. Stainless steels (15-5 PH, PH 13-8 Mo, 17-7 PH, A286, and 15-5 PH) known for their corrosion resistance and high strength, nickel-based alloys (625, 718, HX, X-750, etc.), superalloys, titanium alloys for applications requiring high strength and high temperature, as well as exotic alloy groups such as tungsten, zirconium, hafnium, niobium, and molybdenum alloys, have found their place with their special specifications in a wide range of material groups.
