1.4371 is a grade of austenitic stainless steel with the addition of manganese and nitrogen.
In the annealed condition, it exhibits increased mechanical properties along with high resistance to intergranular corrosion. It also possesses excellent weldability, high ductility (excellent toughness and strength at cryogenic temperatures).
