2.4819 / Alloy C-276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy containing very low levels of carbon and tungsten with silicon.
It has high resistance to oxidizing and reducing corrosive environments. It exhibits resistance not only to chloride ion stress corrosion, but also to crevice and pitting corrosion. Its low carbon content prevents carbide precipitation during welding.
